A balanced view of the stay
good location spacious room friendly staff awful pool saggy bed average food
the location have near beach and the center. our room was spacious too. i did notice the staff were friendly, which i appreciated.
the pool seemed awful to me. the beds really need replaced because they are all saggy. the food is nothing special, i felt disappointed about it.

nice hotel stay!
large size good location attentive personnel
i appreciated the large size of the hotel. it had a very good location, made getting around easy. the kind personnel always offered assistance and were very attentive. the large swimming pool was nice and i appreciated the good choice of food available in the evening and morning.
during my stay, i noticed many stairs in and around the hotel. the lifts were not always reliable. this was a minor issue but it affected the overall experience.

The room provided two comfortable single beds pushed together. the sheet provided seemed a bit small for that configuration. the tv in the room offered mostly local channels.

there were two pools and a jacuzzi available, with relaxation options. the condition of the pools was ideal, and they was well-kept. the hotel included a mini market, with another supermarket just a short walk away.

the hotel has a big swimming pool. i like the wide choice of food available during the morning and evening. the location is great and the personnel seemed kind.
